Adieu, ma Joséphine, ta pensée me rendait heureux ; tout a changé. Embrasse tes aimables enfants.
Tu n’as jamais aimé…
Freedom of Information Act request in 1995: Declassified Mk-Ultra Project Documents
Declassified Mk-Ultra Project Documents: Image format
Declassified Mk-Ultra Project Documents: html format
It is commonly accepted that there is generally at least a 20 year time lag between the classified development of new technologies and their declassification and release into the marketplace.
These previously declassified docments served as the basis for the John Marks book, “In Search of the Manchurian Candidate”, and were generously provided by the Central Intelligence Agency under a subsequent Freedom of Information Act request in 1995.
They are of great interest just as historical documents but are perhaps most interesting for what they don’t contain. They range from the early 1950’s through the 1970’s with the he latest documents first being declassified and released about 1981.
The wealth of scientific and technical developments from 1980 to the present is most likely still 20 to 40 years away from becoming general public knowledge and the line item budget figures in these released documents are miniscule in comparison to the trillion dollar federal budgets from the 1980’s on.
But they give some insight or glimpse into the current possibilities and probabilities of classified technologies.
The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy and Its Geostrategic Imperatives
Zbigniew Brzezinski and the CFR Put War Plans In a 1997 Book - BEFORE 11th September Event
It Is “A Blueprint for World Dictatorship,” Says Dr. Johannes B. Koeppl a Former German Defense and NATO Official Who Warned of Global Domination in 1984, in an Exclusive Interview With FTW
From FTW:
The current Central Asian war is not a response to terrorism, nor is it a reaction to Islamic fundamentalism. It is in fact, in the words of one of the most powerful men on the planet, the beginning of a final conflict before total world domination by the United States leads to the dissolution of all national governments. This, says Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) member and former Carter National Security Advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski, will lead to nation states being incorporated into a new world order, controlled solely by economic interests as dictated by banks, corporations and ruling elites concerned with the maintenance (by manipulation and war) of their power. As a means of intimidation for the unenlightened reader who happens upon this frightening plan - the plan of the CFR - Brzezinski offers the alternative of a world in chaos unless the U.S. controls the planet by whatever means are necessary and likely to succeed.
Excerpt from the book
“The attitude of the American public toward the external projection of American power has been much more ambivalent. The public supported America’s engagement in World War II largely because of the shock effect of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.” (pp 24-5)
“In the long run, global politics are bound to become increasingly uncongenial to the concentration of hegemonic power in the hands of a single state. Hence, America is not only the first, as well as the only, truly global superpower, but it is also likely to be the very last.” (p.209)
“Moreover, as America becomes an increasingly multi-cultural society, it may find it more difficult to fashion a consensus on foreign policy issues, except in the circumstance of a truly massive and widely perceived direct external threat.” (p. 211)
“…To put it in a terminology that harkens back to the more brutal age of ancient empires, the three grand imperatives of imperial geostrategy are to prevent collusion and maintain security dependence among the vassals, to keep tributaries pliant and protected, and to keep the barbarians from coming together.” (p.40)
“Henceforth, the United States may have to determine how to cope with regional coalitions that seek to push America out of Eurasia, thereby threatening America’s status as a global power.” (p.55)
MK Ultra Mind Control Experiments
In December 1974, The New York Times reported that the CIA had conducted illegal domestic activities, including experiments on U.S. Children, during the 1960s. That report prompted investigations by both the U.S. Congress and a presidential commission into the domestic activities of the CIA, the FBI, and intelligence-related agencies of the military.
U.S. Provides $500,000 So Afghan Rebels Can Tell Their Story
AP, September 16, 1985, Monday, PM cycle SECTION: Washington Dateline
By JOAN MOWER
WASHINGTON
Guerrillas in Afghanistan are about to get money from the United States government for a public relations campaign intended to bring their struggle against Soviet troops to the world’s attention.
The money will train Afghan rebel journalists to use television, radio and newspapers to advance their cause. Reporters will be given mini-cameras to photograph the war inside Afghanistan.
“It is the goal of this project to facilitate the collection, development and distribution of credible, objective and timely professional-quality news stories, photographs and television images about developments in Afghanistan,” said a notice in the Federal Register. The program will be overseen by Uncle Sam’s own propaganda arm, the U.S. Information Agency. Congress appropriated $500,000 to hire experts and may provide more later.
In making the money available, Congress all but instructed USIA to consider an organization like Friends of Afghanistan, a new group whose board includes former Carter administration national security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski, known for hard-line anti-Soviet views.
USIA has solicited proposals, due Sept. 25.
Friends of Afghanistan includes other American foreign policy luminaries such as Lawrence Eagleburger, a former undersecretary of state, and Dr. Zalmay Khalilzad, a Columbia University political science professor and some-time paid adviser to the State Department on Afghanistan.
[…]
Afghan rebels, called the Mujahadeen, have been battling 100,000 Soviet troops who have occupied the rugged, mountainous country since December 1979.

Ex-Security Chief Brzezinski’s Interview makes clear: The Muslim Terrorist Apparatus was Created by US Intelligence as a Geopolitical Weapon
Note: Osma Ben Laden went to Afghanistan in 1979 soon after the Mujahideen declared a Jihad.
Interview of Zbigniew Brzezinski
Q: The former director of the CIA, Robert Gates, stated in his memoirs [”From the Shadows”], that American intelligence services began to aid the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan 6 months before the Soviet intervention. In this period you were the national security adviser to President Carter. You therefore played a role in this affair. Is that correct?
Brzezinski: Yes. According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the Mujahadeen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan, 24 Dec 1979. But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise: Indeed, it was July 3, 1979 that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And that very day, I wrote a note to the president in which I explained to him that in my opinion this aid was going to induce a Soviet military intervention.
Q: Despite this risk, you were an advocate of this covert action. But perhaps you yourself desired this Soviet entry into war and looked to provoke it?
Brzezinski: It isn’t quite that. We didn’t push the Russians to intervene, but we knowingly increased the probability that they would.
Q: When the Soviets justified their intervention by asserting that they intended to fight against a secret involvement of the United States in Afghanistan, people didn’t believe them. However, there was a basis of truth. You don’t regret anything today?
Brzezinski: Regret what? That secret operation was an excellent idea. It had the effect of drawing the Russians into the Afghan trap and you want me to regret it? The day that the Soviets officially crossed the border, I wrote to President Carter: We now have the opportunity of giving to the USSR its Vietnam war. Indeed, for almost 10 years, Moscow had to carry on a war unsupportable by the government, a conflict that brought about the demoralization and finally the breakup of the Soviet empire.
Q: And neither do you regret having supported the Islamic [integrisme], having given arms and advice to future terrorists?
Brzezinski: What is most important to the history of the world? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some stirred-up Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?
Q: Some stirred-up Moslems? But it has been said and repeated: Islamic fundamentalism represents a world menace today.
Brzezinski: Nonsense! It is said that the West had a global policy in regard to Islam. That is stupid. There isn’t a global Islam. Look at Islam in a rational manner and without demagoguery or emotion. It is the leading religion of the world with 1.5 billion followers. But what is there in common among Saudi Arabian fundamentalism, moderate Morocco, Pakistan militarism, Egyptian pro-Western or Central Asian secularism? Nothing more than what unites the Christian countries.
* There are at least two editions of this magazine; with the perhaps sole exception of the Library of Congress, the version sent to the United States is shorter than the French version, and the Brzezinski interview was not included in the shorter version.

Editorial Reviews
From the Publisher
[The author’s] range of investigation sweeps from New Left politics to the bureaucratization of Soviet communism. Mostly, he examines the ambivalence inherent in America’s dual role as disseminator of the technetronic revolution and principal preserver of the international status quo. Brzezinski’s optimistic conclusions may comfort a few, but his cavalier treatment of contrary analyses, combined with his past record of undistinguished prognostication, can hardly leave them smug. The opinions are strong and, in general, challenge everyone, from the concerned layman to the practicing scholar. –This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

Brezinski states that the Establishment’s plans for America’s future are “directly linked to the impact of technology” and “involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite … unrestrained by the restraints of traditional values.
…
This elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public and keeping society under close surfveillance and control.”
“Technology will make available, to leaders of major nations, a variety of techniques for conducting SECRET WARFARE, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need to be appraised.
…
It is possible–and TEMPTING–to exploit, for strategic-political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior. …Accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth.
…
In this way, one could develop a system that would SERIOUSLY IMPAIR THE BRAIN PERFORMANCE OF A VERY LARGE POPULATION IN SELECTED REGIONS, OVER AN EXTENDED PERIOD.”
Lucifer, Baphomet by Albert Pike Grand Commander of Freemasonry
“Lucifer, the Light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the Light, and with its splendors intolerable, blinds feeble, sensual, or selfish souls? Doubt it not!” [Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, p. 321, 19th Degree of Grand Pontiff]
Baphomet — “The Gnostics held that it [universal agent] composed the igneous [pertaining to fire] body of the Holy Spirit, and it was adored in the secret rites of the Sabbat or the Temple under the hieroglyphic figure of Baphomet or the hermaphroditic goat of Mendes .” [Pike, op. cit., p. 734, teaching of the 28th Degree]
Horn signs in Witchcraft
Excerpt above from the “Satanic Bible”
“Horned Hand or The Mano Cornuto :
This gesture is the Satanic salute, a sign of recognition between and allegiance of members of Satanism or other unholy groups.”
The Goat of Mendes has clearly made his way into fundamentalist literature of this sort. Mendes is a contraction of the Greek name Mendesius, given to the kingdom of Lower Egypt. The God of Pa-bi-neb-tat (”the dwelling of the Lord of Spirit, Lord of Tat”), the principal city of Mendes, was Nesa-Bi-Neb-Tat, represented as a man with the head of a ram. This deity was later associated with Ra, the Egyptian Sun God, the ram headed man becoming a symbol of Ra. The Goat of Mendes subsequently appeared in Occidental Magical literature: In the magical system of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn the Goat of Mendes is a mythical figure mentioned in the Rite of the Pentagram and the Five Paths.
In modern Christian and Satanic literature the Devil is depicted as a man with goat attributes so it was perhaps inevitable that these religious groups should interpret the Goat of Mendes as a Satanic symbol. The Satanists, in turn, adopted this symbol as their own from the Christian misinterpretation. For example, the Goat of Mendes is described as an aspect of the Devil that is half man and half goat in Anton LaVey’s Satanic Bible.

The Osbournes has become music channel MTV’s biggest ever hit in the US, with more than three million viewers and President Bush is said to be a huge fan.
Osbourne said he was stunned to be invited, according to the Express newspaper.
He said: “I thought I’d be on a wanted poster on the wall, not invited to his place to tea.”
NEWS BRIEF: “OZZY’S WHITE HOUSE — Bush’s Headbanger’s Ball”, The Drudge Report, Sunday May 5, 2002.
In what must have been the oddest presidential meeting with a pop star since Richard Nixon made Elvis Presley an honorary narc, Ozzy was led to Bush’s table.
“While dessert was being served Ozzy Osbourne, and wife Sharon, were urgently ushered to the stage rope line for a face to face with the Commander in Chief … ‘The thing about Ozzy is, he’s made a lot of big hit recordings: Party With the Animals, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Face in Hell, Black Skies and Bloodbath in Paradise, Ozzy, Mom loves your stuff”, President Bush announced.
Bush salute a Satan sign? Norwegians think so
First family was actually paying tribute to Texas university
updated 10:57 a.m. ET Jan. 21, 2005
OSLO, Norway - President Bush’s “Hook ’em, ’horns” salute got lost in translation in Norway, where shocked people interpreted his hand gesture during his inauguration as a salute to Satan.
That’s what it means in the Nordics when you throw up the right hand with the index and pinky fingers raised, a gesture popular among heavy metal groups and their fans in the region.
“Shock greeting from Bush daughter,” a headline in the Norwegian Internet newspaper Nettavisen said above a photograph of Bush’s daughter Jenna, smiling and showing the sign.
For Texans, the gesture is a sign of love for the University of Texas Longhorns, whose fans are known to shout out “Hook ’em, ’horns!” at sporting events.
Bush, a former Texas governor, and his family made the sign to greet the Longhorn marching band as it passed during the inaugural parade through Washington during Thursday’s festivities, Norway’s largest newspaper, Verdens Gang, explained to its readers.
